Thank you for shopping with YZ Collective! Each piece is handmade in small batches, so please allow a little extra time for us to get your order ready.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yzcollectiveship.com. We'll make it right.
