Living by the lake in the Texas Hill Country has given me a deep appreciation for natural beauty and a lifestyle that's both laid-back and uniquely Texan. I wanted to create pieces that reflected that feeling—something you couldn't find anywhere else.
The idea for YZ Collective began when I went looking for a unique bolo tie. Everything I found felt ordinary or just wasn't my style. I realized that if I couldn't find the one I was looking for, maybe I should create it myself. That single idea sparked what has become YZ Collective.
Every piece is handcrafted using natural shells, making each one beautifully one of a kind. I love blending the elegance of nature with the timeless spirit of the West to create wearable art that's perfect for the lake, the Texas Hill Country, country concerts, special occasions, or everyday style.
